The photos of the First Annual Art Experience are up!  Look over to the left and click on Art Experience and you will see the first ever MAEV’s (Margot’s Art Experience Veteran) and see them hard at work. I have another Art Experience scheduled for September 14 – 19, 2008 and the same projects will be taught as in February’s classes. I have one space left to stay in my home (or two people who want to share a room) and one space for someone to come in on a daily basis. Another Art Experience is scheduled for February 15-20, 2009 and all the projects in that one will be new. There are three spaces for in home and one daily still available. Both are listed under Shop then under Art Experience to pay the required deposit.

Coming Soon! The new book “Celebrate St. Nicholas” that has my Russian Santa in it will be released at the end of May and I will have copies available in June. There are two versions, one in hardcover that retails for 34.95 and one in softcover that retails for 23.95.

I am teaching at the Society of Decorative Painters Conference in Tampa at the end of  May, the Artist Expo in Houston in July and Heart of Ohio Tole (HOOT) in August, the Genesee Decorative Painters in New York in September, the Brevard Brushstrokes in Florida in October and the Manatee Haven Decorative Artists, also in Florida in November. All the photos of classes and class info are located in Seminars under Schedule. Check Seminars for my Seminar Schedule and Available Seminars to see what I am teaching and if I will be teaching in your area and come join us!

On a personal note...

...I continue to do just fine after battling breast cancer twice in four years. I am still adding to my BC Journals or “How Humor Got Me Through It” which is the ongoing story of my journey through breast cancer and its aftermath. You can get to the Journals by clicking About Me and then on Personal or clicking on Personal (BC Journals) at the bottom of this page or on this hyperlink – www.margotclark.com/BC
